Absolutely – it’s your website. Once final payment is made, you have full ownership of your website, including all the content, images (*exclusions apply), and design. I build your site with the intention that it belongs to you, not Synergy Creative Co. You’ll also receive access to all relevant logins and files so you’re in complete control if you choose to be. Of course, I’m always here if you want ongoing support, hosting, or updates beyond your complimentary service.

* Any stock images or custom design elements (icons, graphics, etc.) will fall under Synergy Creative Co’s Canva Pro license rules.

If you have requested something in addition to what is included in your selected web design package, this cost will be disclosed in the custom proposal/quote prepared for you during project delivery. 

Additional services you may wish to procure include:

• Professional email setup (using Google Workspace).
• Email signature design or email list building services.
• Social media content creation.

All websites require web hosting and domain registration at a minimum annually. 

If you’re website has been built by Synergy Creative Co, your domain name registration and web hosting expense has been covered for the first 12 months (from date deposit received). 

Beyond the first 12 months, costs may vary depending on the level of service you desire.

For example, if you don’t regularly need to add NEW content to your website, my basic package will likely be sufficient (valued at $40/mth). 

WordPress is an open-source, user-friendly content management system (CMS). It allows people to build websites with no coding knowledge and has limitless customisation options through the use of free or paid plugins and custom code if desired – allowing your website to expand and grow WITH your business!

By using WordPress, I’m able to keep my design fees lower. It also reduces the ongoing costs associated with managing and maintaining your website.

Yes – I build Ecommerce WordPress websites integrated with the Ecommerce platform WooCommerce and from time-to-time, Shopify. One of the reasons I love WordPress is because it offers many flexible open source software integrations. 

Please note that Ecommerce websites have a higher build cost and generally take longer to develop depending on the number of products you intend to list for sale and whether they are physical or digital products. They also require more ongoing maintenance and management to ensure your online customers aren’t experiencing issues with purchases. For this reason, your ongoing maintenance and support package (beyond the first 6 months) with Synergy Creative Co starts at $120/mth.

All Synergy Creative Co build websites are developed on the foundations of search engine optimisation (SEO), a digital marketing technique. This includes:

• Quality content based on keyword & competition research.
• A well-defined website architecture & navigation.
• Responsive design (desktop, tablet & mobile friendly).
• Easy-to-read site (text layout, colour, size, etc.).

• Fast site speed design.
