How long will it take to build my website?
Your new website is typically ready in 2-4 weeks. If your website is an Online Store, please allow up to 8 weeks.
What will my website design include?
Our website design services is a comprehensive package. It includes everything from website development and design, domain name registration, to website hosting and maintenance (FREE for first 12 months), to SEO optimisation, content writing (web copywriting), performance enhancements, contact forms, calendar booking integrations, you name it!
How involved do I need to be in the web design process?
We strongly believe that SYNERGY is the heart of a successful website. Synergy is the interaction & cooperation of two or more agents that produce a combined effect which is greater than the sum of their separate effects (i.e. you understand your business better than us, and we understand websites better than you).
The more information you can provide about your business, the better we can understand it and ensure this information is integrated into your new website.
We will consult with you to pull content together and plan the style and requirements for your website. Any existing content, logos, images you have are a great starting point, but not essential. Once we have completed the first draft of your website (i.e. your homepage with menu structure), we will need your feedback to ensure we can roll out your full website design.
We anticipate you will need to commit approximately 4 hours over a 2-4 week period. Any virtual meetings (or face-to-face if suitable) between Synergy Creative Co. and you will be held at a time convenient to you – we are at your service!

Our website design methods have been curated to ensure you see results no matter what industry your business is in. We particularly love working with small, regionally based businesses such as local tradies, not-for-profits, and start-ups but are non-biased 😁
How much can I expect to pay?
We’re passionate about helping businesses of all sizes get online, and take pride in offering affordable website solutions.
While we believe there is no one size fits all to website design, we have providing a general web design pricing guide above for transparency.
Do you perform ongoing website maintenance?
Yes we do. If you’ve recently had a website designed by us, you’ll know that we offer a 12 month hosting, support and maintenance service (starting the day we receive your deposit). Will there be any additional charges?
In addition to your website design, you may also wish to procure a professional email address and email service. We can arrange this service for free on your behalf if you are selecting one of our website design packages – fees will be payable directly to Google Workspace (our preferred provider) for approx. $10 AUD per month. We will also throw in a free email signature design.

What about future ongoing costs?
All websites require web hosting and domain registration at a minimum annually.
If you’re website has been built by us, your domain name registration and web hosting expense has been covered for the first 12 months (from date deposit received).
Beyond the first 12 months, costs may vary depending on the level of service you require.
For example, if you don’t regularly need to add NEW content to your website, our ‘Managed Hosting’ package will likely be sufficient (valued at $25/mth).
If you require a higher level of service such as content updates (e.g. blog post uploads), you will need to select our ‘Essentials’ package at a minimum (valued at $55/mth).
Why WordPress?
WordPress is an open-source, user-friendly content management system (CMS). It allows people to build websites with no coding knowledge and has limitless customisation options through the use of free or paid plugins and custom code if desired.
By using WordPress, we are able to keep our design fees lower. It also reduces the ongoing costs associated with managing and maintaining your website.
Do you build ecommerce websites?
Yes – we build Ecommerce WordPress websites integrated with the Ecommerce platform WooCommerce. One of the reasons we love WordPress is because it offers many flexible open source software integrations.
Your Ecommerce website with Synergy Creative Co. will come with our standard website inclusions in addition to your online store.
Please note that Ecommerce websites have a higher build cost and generally take longer to develop depending on the number of products you intend to list for sale. They also require more ongoing maintenance and management to ensure your online customers aren’t experiencing issues with purchases. For this reason, your ongoing maintenance and support package (beyond the first 12 months) with Synergy Creative Co starts at $110/mth.
Does my website come with SEO?
All of our websites are built on the foundations of search engine optimisation (SEO), a digital marketing technique. This includes:
- Quality content based on keyword & competition research
- A well-defined website architecture & navigation
- Responsive design (desktop, tablet & mobile friendly)
- Easy-to-read site design (text layout, colour, size, etc.)
- Calls to ACTION
- Fast site speed design
- Optimised images, image names & alt text.
