If you are using our website design or redesign service, we will complete your website Home page design first to ensure the style matches your unique brand. Once you’re happy with the style, we proceed with the remainder of the build.

Your new website is typically ready in 2-4 weeks. If your website is an Online Store, please allow up to 8 weeks.

We believe synergy is the heart of a successful website. Synergy is the interaction & cooperation of two or more agents that produce a combined effect which is greater than the sum of their separate effects (i.e. you understand your business better than us, and we understand websites better than you).
The more information you can provide about your business, the better we can understand it and ensure this is portrayed throughout your new website. In the early stages, we will consult with you as we plan the style and requirements of your website. Any existing content, logos, images you have are a great starting point, but not essential. Once we have completed the draft of your website, we will need your feedback to ensure the end result is something you are proud to call yours!
We anticipate you will need to commit approximately 4 hours over a 2-4 week period. Any virtual meetings (or face-to-face if suitable) between Synergy Creative Co. and you will be held at a time convenient to you – we are at your service!

Website build aside, all websites have some ongoing costs. The most common is the annual website hosting and domain name registration. We have built the first year of website hosting and domain name registration into our website support and maintenance package (‘Basic’ package included with all new websites for first 12 months only).
If you would like to keep your website live after the first 12 months, you can either pay the Synergy Creative Co. basic website support and maintenance package monthly fee or you can take responsibility of managing these costs yourself. We also recommend clients get a business email address (if not already in place). This usually costs around $9 per month.
WordPress is an open-source, user-friendly content management system (CMS). It allows people to build websites with no coding knowledge and has limitless customisation options through the use of free (and paid if desired) plugins.
Put simply, it’s a single-page website!
You will still have a menu on your page to help people navigate, but unlike a normal website menu, the links won’t take you to additional website pages – they will take you down the page to the relevant section.
Single-page websites are great for businesses who want to get online and share their business with potential customers, but aren’t worried as much about actually ranking in Google. That’s not to say that your website won’t rank in Google, but it can be a lot harder because single page websites tend to have less overall content.
Your website will however, still contain all the relevant information you need, like who you are, what you do and how people can get in touch. The great thing is, that if you ever decide to build your website out, you’ve got the foundation to do so.

Your Ecommerce website with Synergy Creative Co. will come with our standard website inclusions in addition to an online store. You will also receive 12 months of priority support and maintenance valued at $109/mth.
Please note that Ecommerce websites have a higher build cost and generally take longer to develop depending on the number of products you intend to list for sale.
