Hey there, I’m Rachael.

Synergy Creative Co started as a passion project in late 2022 after I fell in love with the entire web design process – from research, development and design, to watching my client’s grow their ‘bricks and mortar businesses’ or ecommerce businesses online.
Prior to the digital marketing niche, I worked as a project manager working with organisations of all sizes, and experienced how successful businesses can be with strong leadership and collaboration.
I understand the importance of attracting new clients, meeting their needs and providing value, and am grateful for the opportunity to work with other like-minded business owners looking to grow and make an impact. If this sounds like you, I’d love to connect!

PROPOSAL & QUOTE
I perform an initial analysis of your market and competitors to identify how to deliver the best value solutions for your clients and your business.
I wrap this up into a concise proposal and quote for your review.
FOUNDATIONS
Once you’ve accepted your proposal I get to work.
I prepare any initial design concepts and results from our thorough research, to give you insight into exactly what your website/design will look and feel like. Once you’re satisfied with the design, I get stuck into developing the entire site.
Feedback & Refinement
I utilise easy-to-use interactive feedback tools which allow you to comment on your design as if you were viewing live. This ensures you’re stoked with every aspect of it and that there are no hidden surprises at launch time.
I maintain an open and transparent communication channel throughout your time with me. This ensures our timelines (and yours) are clear and helps us work together as efficiently as possible.
LAUNCH & Support
I perform thorough quality assurance checks to ensure your website is 100% ready for market and our role doesn’t stop here!
Following the official launch of your new website, you’ll receive handover documents, manuals and training videos to support your business through it’s new stages of growth online. All new websites come with 12 months complimentary maintenance and assistance. I also have a number of ongoing website hosting and maintenance packages to support you and your business beyond your complimentary support period.
