Synergy Creative Co started as a passion project in late 2022 after I fell in love with the entire web design process – from research, development and design, to watching my client’s businesses grow.
Prior to the digital marketing niche, I worked as a project manager with organisations of all sizes. I understand the importance of attracting new clients, meeting their needs and providing value, and am grateful for the opportunity to work with other like-minded business owners looking to grow and make an impact. I take the time to get to know your business – what makes it unique, what exactly do you do/offer, etc. This ensures that I understand your objectives, your ideal customer base and technical needs.

Your custom plan – I develop a strategy tailored to you and your business. This strategy is presented as a detailed proposal for your website, seo growth strategy, social media content, or whatever service you’ve selected to partner with me on.
Once you’ve accepted your proposal and paid the agreed deposit, I get to work.
I prepare any initial design concepts and results from my research, to give you insight into exactly what your website/design/project will look and feel like. Once you’re satisfied with the strategy direction, I get stuck into the complete project.
I use an interactive feedback tool which allows you to easily view and comment on your design project as if it was live. This ensures you’re satisfied with every aspect and that there are no hidden surprises at launch time.
I maintain an open and transparent communication channel throughout your time with me. This ensures our timelines (and yours) are clear and helps us work together as efficiently as possible.
I perform thorough quality assurance checks to ensure your project is 100% ready for market and my role doesn’t stop here!
Following launch, you’ll receive handover documents, manuals and training videos (depending on your project) to support your business through it’s new stages of growth.
