Hi, I’m Rachael, your go-to WordPress website designer, digital marketer, project manager and all round tech geek here to help you achieve your business goals by succeeding online – yep, I’m a one woman band!Â
Synergy Creative Co started as a passion project in late 2022 after I feel in love with the entire web design process – from research, development and design, to watching my client’s grow their business online.Â
Prior to digital marketing, I worked with organisations of all sizes as a project manager and experienced how successful businesses can be with strong leadership and collaboration.Â
I understand the importance of attracting new clients, meeting their needs and providing value, and am grateful for the opportunity to work with other like-minded business owners looking to grow and make an impact. If this sounds like you, I’d love to connect!

MARKET ASSESSMENT & STRATEGY
You've accepted my quote and signed the 'works agreement' - now the fun begins!
I'll perform an analysis of your market to identify how to deliver the best value to your clients (and you of course!). I'll also look at your competitors to ensure you can stand out from the crowd online.Â
You'll be provided with a strategy overview for input and feedback.
IMPLEMENTATION
I'll implement your chosen service/s and keep you informed of what I need from you (and when I need it by), as well as how I'm progressing against any delivery milestones.
FEEDBACK & REFINEMENT
Throughout the delivery of most of my services, you'll be given a minimum of 2 opportunities to provide feedback.Â
I'll address your feedback in a timely manner to ensure your final product is what you envisioned (and more!).
I'll also perform any final tests to ensure full functionality and performance of your product/service.
ON-GOING SUPPORT & REPORTING
You'll receive handover documents, manuals and training to support you in your journey. All of my digital services also come with on-going support, with options to extend this on-going support for as long as you feel you need it.Â
